COAR2022 – An African Framework for Sustainable Open Science

LIBSENSE is an African collaborative framework focused on promoting sustainable Open Science practices across the continent. It involves partnerships between libraries, National Research and Education Networks (NRENs), and academic institutions at institutional, national, and regional levels. The initiative aims to foster a culture of Open Science through policy development, infrastructure support, and capacity-building activities, providing technical assistance, and developing value-added services for open access, repository management, and discovery services.
