Psychological First Aid For Combat Troops

This is a proposal I presented on psychological first aid to the Nigerian Military in 2024. As a result of the ongoing security challenges in Nigeria, our armed forces are increasingly been exposed to various forms of traumas, psychological trauma inclusive. To hasten their recovery and improve troops performance, there is need to incorporate psychological first aid into routine services provided our troops, especially those in the frontlines.
