Assessment of frequently reported side effects by gynaecologic patients undergoing chemotherapy at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Ghana

Chemotherapy is a common treatment for gynecologic cancers. However, its side effects lower quality of life, effective treatment, and increase patient default. The study evaluated the types of side effects and how frequently they occurred as reported by gynecological patients receiving chemotherapy at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), Ghana.
