Stakeholders' analysis to inform Ghanaian contributions to new health care interventions within SAVING

The uptake of new interventions depends on their effectiveness and safety but also on the capacity of the system to deploy them sustainably. This requires stakeholders to share a common evidence base and to acknowledge their position in the Access and Delivery Partnership framework (ADP). The objective of this study was to understand stakeholders positioning in relation to the ADP framework.
