Five year trend - 2017-2021, causes and contributory factors of maternal mortality in health facilities in the ho municipality

The Ho municipality has seen an increasing maternal mortality ratio over the years. This study sought to determines the trend and distribution of maternal mortality, identify causes and contributory factors of maternal mortality, and ascertain the referral trend of maternal deaths in referral facilities in the municipality.
