DISPERSION OF GASEOUS POLLUTANTS FROM INDOOR COOKING: A LITERATURE SURVEY.
Description
This study reviews scientific studies that present a wide spectrum of pollutants generated from cooking in both residential and commercial indoor environments. An analysis of the literature highlights the trends and gaps in cooking emissions in different countries/regions to enhance the understanding of its progress and limitations. The review has the potential to benefit individuals, policy makers, and institutions regarding the hazard of cooking-generated emissions.
