Open Access and Open Science in Africa: An interview with one of the LIBSENSE Pioneers

This article features an interview with Omo Oaiya, Chief Strategy Officer at WACREN (West and Central Africa Research and Education Network), about LIBSENSE, a collaboration between libraries and National Research and Education Networks (NRENs).
